About the Role
Porlob is expanding its in-house creative team to support our tech-education brand
PIIT
and our diverse digital marketing clients across multiple industries.
We're looking for a
creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer (0-1 year experience)
who can design high-impact visual content for:
Social media campaigns
Branding & corporate creatives
Course content & educational materials
Founder-led content
Website banners & digital ads
Print collaterals
Reels/shorts thumbnails & promotional graphics
This role requires creativity, an eye for aesthetics, and the ability to adapt designs across multiple brand identities.
Key Responsibilities1. Social Media & Digital Design
Design posts, stories, carousels, thumbnails, reels covers, and ad creatives.
Create visually engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & LinkedIn.
Adapt designs to trending formats and brand needs.
2. Branding & Marketing Collaterals
Develop logos, typography styles, and brand elements.
Create brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and pitch decks.
Maintain consistency across all branding materials.
3. Content Design for PIIT & Clients
Design course materials, classroom graphics, and educational content.
Create templates for internal and external client use.
Support multiple industries: education, hospitality, healthcare, retail, D2C, and services.
4. Creative Ideation & Conceptualization
Brainstorm concepts with the marketing team.
Prepare moodboards, design references, and layout ideas.
Translate briefs into visually effective designs.
5. Multi-Brand Adaptation
Modify designs to suit different brand languages and tones.
Repurpose designs across platforms (print + digital).
Create multiple versions of the same design for various formats.
Required Skills & Experience
0-1 year of experience
as a Graphic Designer (freshers with strong portfolios welcome).
Proficiency in
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
(basic video editing is a plus).
Understanding of:
Social media design formats
Typography, layout, color theory
Brand identity design
Basic UI/UX principles (preferred)
Ability to work under deadlines with attention to detail.
Strong creative thinking and visualization skills.
Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory)
Basic video editing (Premiere Pro/CapCut).
Motion graphics knowledge (After Effects or similar).
Photography skills (product, events).
Knowledge of digital ad creatives.
Experience designing YouTube thumbnails and social posts.
