Key Responsibilities

Plan, conceptualise, and design visual content based on briefs, including rough layouts of art and copy concerning arrangements, typography, hierarchy, and aesthetics. Create high-quality social media creatives, which include posts, carousels, stories, and thumbnails for reels. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, content, and strategy) from ideation to final execution to ensure the design aligns with campaign goals and brand identity. Prepare and present rough design drafts for approval and feedback. Finalise artwork by producing polished layouts with accurate text, image alignment, and formatting for digital delivery. Operate relevant design tools and software to create final output ready for publishing or sharing. Maintain organised folders with design assets, source files, and client-specific templates. Ensure brand consistency across all creatives and follow platform-specific design guidelines. When needed, liaise with external vendors for printing or sourcing licensed assets.
Software Skills Required

Mandatory: Proficient in Canva Pro or Adobe Photoshop Optional/Bonus: Familiarity with CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, or After Effects
