Job Location-Talegaon MIDC (PUNE) Working days-5 days( 8.30 - 5.30 pm)

Key Responsibilities:

Create and edit professional designs using

CorelDRAW

(mandatory). Design high-quality graphics for a variety of media including: Print: brochures, flyers, packaging, banners, posters, business cards, etc. Digital: social media posts, web banners, emailers, presentations, etc. Collaborate with the marketing, branding, and product teams to understand design needs and deliver accordingly. Ensure that all visual designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency. Prepare print-ready files and liaise with print vendors as needed. Work on multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Stay up to date with design trends and software tools.

Must-Have Skills:

Expert-level proficiency in CorelDRAW

(this is non-negotiable). Strong knowledge of layout, color theory, typography, and print design. Experience creating print-ready artwork and knowledge of printing processes. Good understanding of digital design formats and requirements (web/social media). Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work, especially CorelDRAW-based projects.

Additional Preferred Skills:

Experience with other design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (Adobe Premiere, After Effects) is a plus. Familiarity with branding and visual identity systems. Ability to take creative feedback and iterate quickly.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field. 1-3+ years of professional design experience.
