Admin responsibilities

:

Communications:

Communicate with customer and suppliers, Create sales invoices,, Coordinate with couriers and vendors

Marketing:

Update website with new products and services, Data Analysis, Sales Analysis, Customer Analysis

Strategy:

Plan & Implement Product Promotions. Make Strategy, Plan and Execute Promotional activities & marketing initiatives

Technical:

Work with Important spreadsheets, Online Control Panels and email correspondence

Design Responsibilities

Graphic Design:

Posters, banners, flyers, brochures, menus, packaging, and social media creatives.

Video Editing:

Short-form videos, reels, YouTube content, highlight edits for events, motion graphics (preferred).

Marketing Collateral:

Proposals, Qwilr templates, event backdrops, signage, and print-ready designs.

Brand Consistency:

Maintain and develop visual identities across multiple businesses.

Social Media Assets:

Thumbnails, stories, carousels, GIFs, and campaign visuals.

Web Graphics:

Landing page banners, ad creatives, and promotional visuals.

Collaboration:

Work with our marketing, events, and sales teams to deliver high-quality materials on time.

Pay:

?528,000.00 - ?648,000.00 per year

Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

Computer graphics: 5 years (Preferred) total work: 5 years (Preferred) Design: 5 years (Preferred)
