Position - Senior Graphics Designer

Experience Required - 5+ Years

Package upto 5 LPA CTC

Preffered from - Healthcare / Pharma Industry (NOT COMPULSARY)

Skills Preffered - Motion Graphics and Video Editing.

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can lead our visual design efforts across digital and print, supporting our marketing and product teams to deliver clean, impactful, and brand-consistent creative work.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Identity & Visual Strategy:

Maintain and evolve the visual identity across all brands, ensuring consistency in tone, typography, colors, and layout.

Digital Design:

Design engaging graphics for digital marketing campaigns including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, email marketing, landing pages, and the healthcare app interface.

Website & App UI Assets:

Work closely with the web team to create WordPress website visuals, homepage banners, blog illustrations, and UI components for our healthcare app.

Print Design:

Develop brochures, pharmacy packaging, product labels, service flyers, and other printed marketing materials.

Video & Motion Graphics (Preferred):

Create explainer videos, short animations, and social media reels to support marketing efforts and product tutorials.

Collaboration & Campaign Support:

Work with marketing and sales teams to develop assets for campaigns, product launches, email sequences, and social content.

Requirements:

5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in healthcare, tech, or ecommerce. Strong portfolio showcasing web, mobile, and print design projects. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Figma or similar UI tools. Understanding of digital platforms and how to adapt visual content to each channel. Basic knowledge of UX/UI design principles, web layout, and responsive design. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Team player with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience working with healthcare or pharmacy brands. Video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro). Familiarity with WordPress, HTML/CSS, or Canva. Motion graphics or 2D animation skills.

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
