Job Description

We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to design and post engaging content on our social media platforms, as well as create brochures, pamphlets, and other print materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of graphic design principles, social media trends, and digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and Create Content: Develop visually appealing graphics, images, and videos for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

- Social Media Posting: Schedule and post content on various social media channels, ensuring consistency with our brand's voice and style.

- Create Print Materials: Design brochures, pamphlets, flyers, and other print materials that effectively communicate our brand message and services.

- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to create cohesive and effective social media and print campaigns.

- Analyze Performance: Use analytics tools to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of social media content and make necessary adjustments to improve engagement.

- Brand Consistency: Ensure all social media and print content aligns with our brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with a focus on social media and print materials.

- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO principles.

- Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
