What You'll Do:

Design high-impact CRM creatives that improve engagement. Create visually appealing and conversion-friendly email templates. Work with the CRM team to align design with content strategy. Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints. Optimize designs based on user behavior and data insights. Create templates and design systems for faster execution. Maintain a library of design templates and components for scale.

External Skills And ExpertiseRequired skills:? Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)? Experience designing for CRM (email, push, WhatsApp)? Hands-on experience with creating email templates of CRM platforms like WebEngage, Clevertap, Mailchimp, Salesforce or likewise? Strong understanding of visual hierarchy & mobile-first designs? Ability to create performance-driven design? Knowledge of HTML/CSS for responsive email templates is a plus

Pay: ?10,426.14 - ?35,624.79 per month
