The Role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer who understands that good design is about more than just aesthetics--it's about solving problems and communicating effectively.

You will be the visual voice of our clients, translating marketing strategies into stunning visuals that "stop the scroll" on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. You will work closely with our Digital Strategists and Content Writers to create designs that not only look good but also drive clicks and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Creatives:

Design engaging daily content for various platforms (Instagram posts, Stories, Reels covers, LinkedIn carousels, etc.).

Ad Creatives (Performance Design):

Create high-converting visuals for paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads & Google Display Ads) that align with the strategist's goals.

Branding & Identity:

Develop logos, brand guidelines, brochures, and presentation decks for new and existing clients.

Collaboration:

Work tightly with the marketing team to understand client requirements and translate briefs into compelling visual concepts.

Website Assets:

Design banners, icons, and landing page elements that enhance user experience.

Stay Current:

Keep up with the latest design trends, social media formats, and emerging AI design tools.

Requirements

Portfolio:

A strong portfolio showcasing social media graphics, branding projects, and ad designs is a

must

.

Experience:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital agency or marketing environment.

Technical Mastery:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (

Photoshop, Illustrator

, InDesign).

Additional Tools:

Ideally comfortable using

Canva

for quick turnaround tasks. Knowledge of basic video editing (Premiere Pro/CapCut) or motion graphics (After Effects) is a HUGE plus.

Soft Skills:

Excellent attention to detail, ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced agency setting, and openness to constructive feedback.
