Job Summary:

We are looking for a

creative and versatile Graphic Designer

with skills in

print design, video editing, content writing, and social media management

. This role supports the marketing and communications team in delivering impactful visual and written content across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate understands both design aesthetics and effective health communication, ensuring clarity, compliance, and engagement in all materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Design

posters, leaflets, brochures

, banners, and other marketing materials for health care campaigns, patient education, and internal communications. Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs. Prepare artwork for both digital distribution and professional printing Shoot, edit, and produce short-form and long-form videos Add captions, effects, transitions, and branding elements using tools like

Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects

, or similar. Write and edit clear, accurate, and audience-appropriate content for brochures, website copy, newsletters, social media posts, and internal documents. Manage and grow social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) with consistent, engaging, and informative posts. Plan content calendars, respond to messages/comments, and track analytics to optimize performance. Stay updated on trends in digital health communication and integrate best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in

graphic design

ideally within the

health care or non-profit

sectors. Strong writing skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines. Understanding of patient privacy, accessibility, and ethical communication in health care
