Key Responsibilities
Conceptualise and create high-quality visual content, including social media creatives (Posters & Videos), brochures, banners, packaging, and brand identities.
Lead the design process from ideation to final execution for internal and external branding projects.
Directly handle clients, understand their requirements, and deliver designs that meet expectations.
Mentor and guide junior designers and interns within the team.
Collaborate with marketing, UI/UX, and content teams to align visuals with strategic goals.
Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications.
Revise and update designs based on feedback and project requirements.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
2-3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer.
Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, print, and social media projects.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects).
Experience in motion graphics and video editing is required.
Exposure and knowledge in AI Tools and models for designers is appreciated.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
