Design assets for web banners, paid ads (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), and other digital marketing platforms.
Collaborate with marketing strategists, copywriters, and web developers to translate marketing objectives into creative solutions.
Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Optimize graphics for different platforms and devices (desktop, mobile, tablet).
Support A/B testing by designing creative variations for ads and emails.
Keep up with design trends, platform guidelines, and digital best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a digital marketing or agency environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Canva or similar tools is a plus.
Understanding of digital marketing principles (e.g., social media, email marketing, SEO basics, performance metrics).
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
