KGI - Kuniya Group of Institutions is seeking a creative and detail-oriented
Graphic Designer
to design visually engaging and professional content that aligns with our institutional brand standards. The role supports admissions, branding, events, and digital outreach across all KGI institutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design creatives for print and digital platforms (posters, banners, brochures, flyers, standees)
Create social media creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and ads
Develop branding materials for admissions campaigns and institutional promotions
Maintain brand consistency across all designs and platforms
Coordinate with the media, marketing, and admissions teams for design requirements
Adapt designs based on feedback and deadlines
Support event branding, presentations, and internal communication materials
Organise and maintain design files and assets
Eligibility & Requirements
Bachelor's degree / diploma in Graphic Design or related field (preferred)
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (educational institution experience is an advantage)
Proficiency in design tools such as
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva
Good understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple design requests
Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics (added advantage)
Understanding of digital marketing and ad creatives
Creative thinking with attention to detail
Willingness to accept feedback and improve continuously
