We are a growing graphic design shop offering creative solutions including print design, branding, flex boards, signages, interior & exterior graphics, and more. We're now hiring a dedicated and professional individual who can manage all core responsibilities of the shop.

Who We're Looking For:

A well-experienced, professional all-rounder who can:

Manage customer walk-ins and online inquiries Understand client requirements and provide design solutions Take accurate measurements and do site visits as needed Coordinate with design/printing teams and ensure timely delivery Handle orders, approvals, and basic shop organization Be confident, responsible, and committed to high-quality service
Key Responsibilities:

Attending customers and understanding their design/print needs Collecting and confirming measurements (for boards, signages, etc.) Site visits for installation coordination and visual references Following up on orders, designs, and delivery timelines Supporting the designer or managing client revisions Ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred Strong communication and customer-handling skills Basic knowledge of design, printing materials, and measurements Must be flexible with site visits and multitasking Professional attitude with commitment to quality work
