About the Role
The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing social media strategies that generate leads, bring in new customers, and grow brand awareness. This role requires someone who understands content performance, audience behavior, and current trends. The goal is simple: increase engagement, build trust, and convert followers into paying clients.

Responsibilities
Content Strategy and Creation
Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar for all A2Z App brands.
Create high quality posts, reels, stories, and short videos tailored to each product.
Write clear, simple captions that highlight value and drive action.
Design creatives using Canva, Adobe, Figma, or similar tools.
Collaborate with design team when needed for advanced graphics.
Social Media Management
Manage all major platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and YouTube.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
Respond to comments, direct messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends.
Sales and Lead Generation
Create social campaigns that highlight subscription plans, promotions, and new product releases.
Build traffic to landing pages, websites, and sales funnels.
Develop strategies that increase conversions and subscriptions for Printafill and Printadors.
Work with the founder to promote affiliate programs, webinars, workshops, and events.
Advertising and Performance Optimization
Manage paid ads across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn (preferred but not required).
Track KPIs, analyze metrics, and recommend improvements.
Test different styles of content, audiences, and posting times.
Provide weekly and monthly performance reports.
Brand Building
Maintain a strong, positive presence for all A2Z App brands.
Collaborate on campaigns for conferences, product launches, and company announcements.
Help build community through engagement, partnerships, and influencer outreach when needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience managing social media for a business or brand.
Strong understanding of content creation, short form video, and analytics.
Ability to write clean, simple, and engaging copy.
Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar.
Ability to increase sales through content and campaigns.
Good judgment, creativity, and consistency.
Basic knowledge of SEO, ads management, or funnels is a plus.
