Key Responsibilities:
Develop creative concepts and visual designs aligned with the brand guidelines
Design engaging graphics for social media, websites, emailers, and digital campaigns
Create marketing collaterals including brochures, presentations, banners, and posters
Work on motion graphics and basic video editing for digital promotions (preferred)
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to bring ideas to life
Understand campaign and platform requirements (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
Revise and refine creative work based on feedback and direction
Maintain consistency in brand visual language across all touchpoints
Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices

Qualifications & Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects)
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and branding
Experience in digital design, social media creatives, and marketing assets
Knowledge of UI/UX basics and Canva/Figma is a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
Good communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly
