Role Overview

We are looking for a

Graphic Designer

who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will be responsible for developing creative concepts, producing event-related graphics, and ensuring that all visuals meet the highest standards of design and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and design stunning event visuals that align with client visions and brand identity. Develop both print and digital assets including invitations, backdrops, branding elements, social media creatives, and more. Collaborate closely with the creative, production, and client servicing teams to ensure design excellence and timely delivery. Maintain and enforce design consistency across all creative assets. Lead junior designers, manage timelines, and maintain strong follow-ups on all tasks. Stay updated with design trends, especially in the wedding and luxury event space.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 1-3 years of professional design experience; experience in the wedding/events industry preferred.

Design Tools:

Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects or other animation tools is a plus.

Creative Excellence:

Proven ability to work with brand aesthetics and design guidelines, while conveying emotion and storytelling through visuals.

Technical Strength:

Sound knowledge of design principles, print production processes, and digital formats.

Speed & Accuracy:

Ability to work under tight deadlines with speed and precision.

Aesthetic & Font Knowledge:

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and spatial design.

Leadership:

Experience managing junior designers or interns; ability to guide, motivate, and lead a team.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and visual communication skills.

Follow-ups:

Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously, ensuring no detail is missed.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
