1. Job Summary

The Graphics Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing designs for printing, digital marketing, branding, and product packaging. The role includes concept development, layout creation, image editing, and ensuring design accuracy as per company standards.

2. Key Responsibilities

Design creative layouts for labels, packaging, brochures, advertisements, and digital content. Understand project requirements and create concepts accordingly. Prepare print-ready files with correct bleed, margins, color mode (CMYK), and resolution. Coordinate with the production/printing team for color matching and corrections. Edit product images, retouching, background cleanup, and resizing. Create brand assets such as logos, icons, and graphics. Stay updated with design trends and software updates. Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines. Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all designs. Maintain design files, backups, and documentation.
