Job Description

Developing and maintaining the visual identity of Bi Paints across various platforms. Designing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and advertisements. Creating packaging designs that reflect the brand's identity and enhance product appeal. Producing digital assets for Bi Paints' online presence, including website graphics, social media posts, email newsletters, and digital ads. Designing print collateral such as product packaging, promotional materials, signage, and trade show displays. Providing custom illustrations or graphics that complement Bi Paints' branding and marketing strategies. Collaborating with marketing teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives. Ensuring consistency and quality across all design materials produced for Bi Paints, adhering to brand guidelines and industry standards. Staying updated on design trends, competitor strategies, and industry best practices to continuously improve Bi Paints' visual communication strategies. Managing multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines effectively.
