Job Summary:
The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing creative materials that align with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives. This role requires a combination of creative vision, technical expertise, and leadership skills to deliver impactful visuals for digital, print, and social media platforms -- especially in a fast-paced, brand-driven environment.
Develop and maintain consistent visual identity across all company materials and digital platforms.
Create designs for brochures, flyers, hoardings, digital ads, presentations, and corporate branding materials.
Design visually compelling layouts for websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute brand campaigns and launch creatives.
2. Social Media & Digital Content
Design engaging posts, reels, stories, and ad creatives for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Work with content and video teams to develop visual storytelling concepts for campaigns.
Maintain a creative content calendar and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
3. Leadership & Team Collaboration
Supervise junior designers and guide them in achieving design consistency and creativity.
Collaborate with marketing, digital, and sales teams to understand campaign goals and deliver results-oriented visuals.
Present creative ideas and mood boards to management for approval.
4. Print & Production Coordination
Coordinate with printing vendors for production of marketing materials.
Ensure accuracy of color, resolution, and material specifications for print jobs.
5. Trend Research & Innovation
Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices in digital media and real estate branding.
Experiment with new formats, layouts, and tools (AI, motion graphics, etc.) to enhance visual communication.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
5-8 years of professional experience in graphic design (real estate, advertising agency, or branding preferred).
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design and brand storytelling skills.
Technical Skills Required:
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Canva, CorelDRAW, Figma, or other design platforms.
Basic knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and AI design tools (Midjourney, Leonardo AI, etc.) is an advantage.
Understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Soft Skills:
Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Leadership qualities and ability to mentor junior designers.

Pay: Up to ₹90,000.00 per month
