Job description:- GRAPHIC DESIGNER- EDTECH

Purpose:

To create visual concepts to communicate information by banners, catalogues

etc. and to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media.

Responsibilities:

? Study design briefs and determine requirements

? Taking design briefs to understand requirements

? Prepare rough drafts and present ideas

? Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand

? Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic

? Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design

? Test graphics across various media

? Amend designs after feedback

? Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

? Conceptualizing and developing design concepts, graphics and layouts

? Designing and producing collateral in accordance with brand guidelines

? Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders and

incorporating their feedback into the final design

? Liaising with team and to ensure proofs are of good quality and in line with

requirement.

Competencies:

? Practical Knowledge of working on tools like GIMP, Canva, InDesign, Illustrator,

Dreamweaver, Photoshop)

? Proven experience on Publication

? Experience in Banner Making, Catalogues, Flex, Website Banners etc.

? Adaptable, flexible and fast learner

? Self-motivated, High Integrity, Independent & Outside the BOX thinker

? Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

? Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus

Educational Qualifications:

? Graduated with Certification in Graphic Designing.

Experience:

? 5+ years of experience in Graphic Designing in an Education / EdTech Industry.
