About the Role

We are looking for a talented and versatile Graphic & Video Designer who can manage all creative deliverables for our brand--from static designs to engaging video content. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of visual storytelling, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to translate marketing goals into impactful visual communication.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and design high-quality creatives for social media, packaging, website banners, and advertisements. Create visually compelling motion graphics, video animations, and product promo videos for campaigns. Manage the entire creative lifecycle--from ideation to execution--ensuring brand consistency across all mediums. Design product packaging and visual collaterals that reflect the brand identity and appeal to target audiences. Edit and enhance photos and videos using professional software to produce premium-quality content. Collaborate with the marketing, product, and content teams for campaign planning and creative direction. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and digital marketing strategies to enhance creative quality.
Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in graphic and video design (FMCG or D2C industry experience preferred). Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and familiarity with Canva or CorelDRAW. Hands-on experience in motion graphics, video editing, and 3D visualization (knowledge of Blender or Cinema 4D is a plus). Exceptional attention to detail, creative flair, and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Good communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
