Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Take full ownership of the design process--from concept to execution--across a variety of media (digital, print, video, UI/UX, etc.).

Develop and execute original creative ideas that align with brand strategy and business goals.

Design compelling visual content for marketing campaigns, product launches, websites, mobile apps, packaging, presentations, and more.

Independently manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, sales, and developers to ensure cohesive visual communication.

Maintain and evolve brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

Present design concepts and articulate creative rationale to stakeholders and team members.

Stay ahead of design trends, technologies, and tools to bring fresh and innovative thinking to the team.
