Role and Responsibilities:

As a Graphic Designer at Milova Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our clients' brands. Your creativity and design skills will be utilized across a variety of projects, contributing to our clients' success in the digital landscape. Your responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives. Creating visually appealing and engaging graphics for social media, advertisements, and other digital platforms. Developing design concepts, layouts, and mock-ups based on client briefs. Ensuring all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity. Incorporating feedback and making revisions to designs as necessary. Staying updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance your skills.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design abilities. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. Ability to translate client requirements into visually appealing and effective designs. Strong communication skills to present and explain design concepts to team members and clients.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Experience working in a digital marketing agency or related industry is a plus. Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Openness to constructive feedback and willingness to iterate on designs.
