Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage

primary and secondary packaging

for product SKUs, ensuring alignment with product dimensions, protection needs, and branding guidelines. Work closely with the

production team

to prototype and test packaging solutions; identify issues and iterate based on feedback and real-world performance. Coordinate with the

regulatory affairs team

to develop user manuals, safety labels, and product documentation in compliance with medical guidelines and statutory requirements. Collaborate with the

marketing team

to design and prepare marketing-facing labels and packaging elements, ensuring consistency across platforms. Create and manage packaging artwork using design software such as

Adobe Illustrator

Support 3D visualization and CAD efforts using tools like

Fusion 360 or any similar tools

to communicate packaging concepts effectively. Maintain version control and documentation of all artwork and packaging assets to ensure traceability and audit readiness. Liaise with vendors or print partners when necessary to ensure quality and accuracy in printed packaging materials.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Basic proficiency in

CAD software

(e.g., Fusion 360) and 3D visualization skills. Working knowledge of

Adobe Creative Suite

- especially Illustrator. Strong understanding of

packaging structure, materials, and labeling standards

. Good eye for visual composition, layout, and detail-oriented design thinking. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
