Key responsibilities

Create visual concepts:

Develop graphics, logos, and layouts for a wide range of applications like websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and product packaging.

Collaborate with teams:

Work with marketing, product, and brand teams to understand project needs and ensure cohesive messaging.

Select design elements:

Choose appropriate fonts, colors, and imagery to create visually appealing and effective designs.

Manage projects:

Handle multiple design projects from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and managing time effectively.

Maintain brand consistency:

Ensure all visual output aligns with brand guidelines and can evolve them over time.

Prepare files:

Produce print-ready files and prepare digital assets for various platforms.

Stay updated:

Keep up with the latest design trends and advancements in design software.
Essential skills and tools

Design software:

Proficiency in industry-standard software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is essential.

Creative skills:

Strong abilities in visual concept development, layout, typography, and color theory.

Communication:

Ability to present ideas and work effectively with clients and team members.

Project management:

Skills in managing timelines and juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
