Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor to lead our visual design and video production efforts. This managerial role is responsible for overseeing the design team, setting creative direction, and delivering high-quality visual content across digital and offline platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on design and video editing expertise with leadership, project management, and brand storytelling skills.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Leadership & Management

Lead, mentor, and manage graphic designers, video editors, and motion designers.

Define and maintain brand guidelines, visual identity, and creative standards.

Review, approve, and provide constructive feedback on all design and video outputs.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align visuals with business goals.

Edit and produce promotional videos, corporate videos, social media content, reels, and motion graphics.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Allocate tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate resources effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing.

1+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).

Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and motion design.

Proven ability to manage teams and lead creative projects from concept to execution.

Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of 3D, animation, or advanced motion graphics.

Experience working in marketing agencies, media companies, or fast-paced corporate environments.
