About the Role

We are looking for a

creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, hands-on experience with design tools, and the ability to create impactful visual content across digital and print platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Development

Create engaging designs for digital marketing campaigns including social media posts, email templates, web banners, and infographics. Design print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and business cards. Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas aligned with brand guidelines.

Brand Consistency

Ensure all designs follow brand standards and maintain a cohesive visual identity. Update and maintain brand assets including logos, fonts, and color palettes.

Project Management

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with timely delivery. Coordinate with internal teams to understand requirements and deliver effective design solutions.

Creative Input

Provide creative suggestions during brainstorming sessions and strategy discussions. Stay up to date with design trends and industry best practices.

QualificationsEducation & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Minimum

1 -2 year of professional graphic design experience

, ideally in the IT/technology sector.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with

Sketch / Figma

is an added advantage. Strong portfolio showcasing various design projects. Good understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. Basic knowledge of

HTML/CSS

is a plus.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and in a team. Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.
