Job Description

Responsibilities:

Design visually engaging graphics, banners, and social media creatives aligned with brand guidelines. Edit and produce high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and events. Create motion graphics, intro/outro animations, and reels for digital platforms. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative ideas. Ensure consistency in visual style, typography, and brand identity across all designs. Optimize media content for various digital platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.). Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and editing techniques. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field. (optional) Proven experience (1-3 years) in graphic design and video editing. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools. Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, and typography. Experience in creating short-form video content and social media reels. Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work independently or in a team. Knowledge of UI/UX basics and Canva/Figma is a plus.
