Key Responsibilities

• Design clear, engaging PowerPoint presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Create digital and social media graphics tailored for multiple platforms (HubSpot experience is a plus).
• Ensure graphics and materials align with brand guidelines, suggesting improvements where needed.
• Manage creative requests, timelines, and deliverables with guidance from senior team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet diverse design needs.
• Contribute to the design and layout of white papers, case studies, and other marketing collateral.
• Share fresh ideas in brainstorming sessions to support campaigns and events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-3 years of experience in design
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus.
• Ability to create static designs, GIFs, and simple interactive elements for digital campaigns.
• Good communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Portfolio submission required.
