Key Responsibilities:
Image Editing (35%)
Design and edit visuals for social media, blogs, websites, and ads
Use tools like
Canva, Photoshop, or Figma
to maintain brand consistency
Create promotional and product-based creatives
Video Editing (35%)
Edit short and long-form videos for social media and web use
Add subtitles, branding, sound effects, transitions using
CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent
Optimise videos for various platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube, etc.)
Administrative Support (30%)
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organise internal files
Handle basic email communications and support project management tasks
Prepare and format reports, presentations, and documents
Maintain digital records and assist in workflow tracking
Requirements:
Proven experience in
image and video editing
Prior experience as an
administrative assistant
or
remote support
role
Proficiency in
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
/
Microsoft Office, ChatGPT or
similar, and
project management tools
Excellent time management and communication skills
Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
