:

Arena Animation is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Graphics & 3D Animation Faculty to train and mentor students in industry-leading 3D software such as Photoshop, Premier Pro, After Effects, Blender, Autodesk Maya, and 3ds Max. The ideal candidate should have both practical industry experience and a flair for teaching, with the ability to inspire and guide students towards building successful careers in animation and VFX.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach and train students in graphics, motion graphics, 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, rigging, animation, and renderingusing Blender, Maya, and 3ds Max.
Prepare and deliver engaging classroom and lab sessions.
Assist students in developing their projects and professional portfolios.
Stay updated with the latest industry tools, plugins, and trends in the industry.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Conduct workshops, seminars, and extra sessions for advanced learning.
Collaborate with academic teams to enhance curriculum and training quality.

Requirements:

Strong proficiency in graphics, motion graphics & 3D software.
Knowledge of additional software (ZBrush, Substance Painter, Unreal/Unity, etc.) will be a plus.
Minimum 2-5 years of teaching or industry experience in 3D animation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Passion for mentoring students and guiding them toward creative careers.
Ability to manage classes effectively and maintain student engagement.
Education & Experience

Degree/Diploma in Animation, Multimedia, VFX, or related field.
Prior teaching/training experience in an animation institute preferred, but not mandatory if industry experience is strong.
