Web Designer ( 1 Year Experience)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a

creative and detail-oriented Web Designer

with

1 year of experience

to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design, a strong understanding of user interface and user experience (UI/UX) principles, and hands-on experience with design tools and front-end technologies.

The role involves designing visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly websites and web interfaces, working closely with developers, marketers, and content teams to bring digital concepts to life.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Design and update responsive websites, landing pages, banners, and email templates Convert design mockups into functional HTML/CSS pages Collaborate with development and content teams to ensure design consistency Optimize website design for speed, performance, and SEO Ensure designs are aligned with the brand's visual identity and usability best practices Stay updated with the latest trends in web design, UI/UX, and front-end technologies Revise designs based on feedback and deliver projects within deadlines Maintain design documentation and follow design guidelines

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field 1 year of hands-on experience in web design Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or Figma Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks (Bootstrap preferred) Understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices Basic understanding of WordPress or other CMS platforms is a plus Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
