Key Responsibilities:
Creative Coordination:
Work daily with the content creation team to design high-quality social media graphics, travel banners, and marketing assets.
Brand Stewardship:
Ensure every design adheres strictly to the CompleteTrip brand guidelines to maintain a premium visual identity.
AI-Enhanced Workflow:
Utilize
AI prompting and generative tools
(e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or ChatGPT/DALL-E) to accelerate creative production, generate high-quality travel imagery, and brainstorm layouts.
Website Design & UI/UX:
Create and refine website designs, landing pages, and user interfaces as requirements evolve.
Web Maintenance & Debugging:
Actively browse the website to find bugs/UI glitches; coordinate with the tech team to fix these issues and ensure a seamless user experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
Proven experience in a professional design role (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
Design Tools:
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and UI tools like Figma.
AI Proficiency:
Fair knowledge of how to
prompt and use AI models
to generate assets, edit photos, and optimize the design process.
Web Knowledge:
Understanding of HTML/CSS is highly preferred for effective coordination with the tech team.
Attributes:
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, "office-first" environment.
