Roles & Responsibilities:

Marketing & Social Media

Design high-quality creatives for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook). Create ad banners, promotional graphics, and short video thumbnails. Work with the marketing team to craft visuals for online campaigns.

Sales & Customer Communication

Create pitch decks, case study designs, brochures, and business proposal templates. Design visuals to support client-specific requirements (custom modules, use-cases).

Product Support (UI/UX)

Collaborate with product and development teams to design clean and user-friendly UI mockups, icons, and product illustrations. Improve the visual experience of dashboards and mobile screens.

Branding & Visual Consistency

Maintain visual identity across all platforms (color palette, fonts, layout). Ensure consistency in logo usage, iconography, and tone in all deliverables.

Document & Help Material Design

Design infographics, feature guides, user onboarding materials, manuals, and in-app visuals. Turn technical details into easy-to-understand visual representations.

Print & Event Collateral

Create event posters, booth graphics, company brochures, backdrops, and more.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva (Figma or Adobe XD is a plus) Understanding of modern, clean, professional SaaS or B2B design style Ability to visualize technical data through infographics Time management, creativity, and attention to detail Team collaboration and communication skills

Bonus Skills:

Basic animation or motion graphics (After Effects or similar) Knowledge of social media ad sizes and platform behavior Experience in B2B or construction-tech domain is a plus
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
