We are looking for a

Graphic Visualizer

who not only creates brilliant designs but also guides our team of Designers and Video Editors to deliver top-notch creative work.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and visualize creative ideas for advertising campaigns, branding, social media, digital marketing, and video content. Lead the visual direction for projects, ensuring design consistency across digital, print, OOH, packaging, and video. Collaborate with copywriters, brand strategists, and creative directors to bring campaigns to life. Review and provide constructive feedback to Designers and Video Editors to refine and elevate their work. Mentor junior team members, ensuring that the creative output aligns with brand strategy and quality standards. Stay updated with design trends, video storytelling techniques, and new tools to push the boundaries of creativity. Translate briefs into visually striking designs and audiovisual concepts that communicate effectively.

Requirements

2-3 years of relevant experience in an

advertising agency

is a must. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects/Premiere Pro is a plus). Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and motion design basics. Proven ability to

guide, mentor, and critique design & video work

constructively. Portfolio showcasing campaign work, strong design thinking, and cross-media creativity. Ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines. Team player with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
