We create timeless, minimal, and elegant rug collections tailored for modern interiors. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic & Visual Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong design aesthetics, hands-on expertise in Adobe Suite, and a passion for creating clean, minimal visuals that align with our brand's identity.

Key Responsibilities

? Design engaging social media creatives (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.) that align with brand aesthetics.
? Create visually appealing brochures, catalogues, website banners, and emailers.
? Develop posters, marketing collaterals, and digital ads in line with campaign needs.
? Work on basic video editing to create brand-aligned reels, explainer videos, and motion content.
? Collaborate with the marketing and content team to ensure brand consistency across platforms.
? Maintain a strong sense of minimal design, typography, and layout principles.
? Stay updated with design trends in luxury lifestyle, interiors, and decor brands. Requirements
? 1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in lifestyle, luxury, or home decor brands.
? Strong portfolio showcasing minimal, modern design sensibilities.
? Ability to work on both digital and print designs.
? Basic ability to edit short videos/reels using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools (Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
? Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to deliver within deadlines.
? Strong communication skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Tools & Software (Required)

? Adobe Photoshop - Image editing & retouching.
? Adobe Illustrator - Vector graphics & logo/illustration work.
? Adobe InDesign - Brochures, catalogues, and layouts.
? Adobe Premiere Pro - Basic video editing for reels, explainers, and campaigns.
? Adobe After Effects (basic level) - Simple motion graphics, text animations, and transitions.
? Canva (good to have) - Quick edits & template-based designs.
? Familiarity with Figma (optional but desirable) for collaborative design.

Preferred Backgrounds

? Experience working with furniture brands, rugs brands, or luxury lifestyle brands.
? Exposure to architectural or interior design marketing projects.
? Understanding of interior design or home decor aesthetics.
