Design engaging static image ads and short-form videos for Facebook and Instagram campaigns
Edit UGC-style videos with captions, animations, and brand overlays
Collaborate with our performance marketing team to brainstorm and iterate on new ad concepts
Interpret creative briefs and turn them into multiple ad variations for testing
Optimize assets based on performance data and feedback
Stay up to date on social ad trends and what's working in the DTC space
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing (agency or brand experience preferred)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or comparable tools
Experience creating direct-response ad creatives for paid social, especially Facebook/Instagram
Strong portfolio showcasing ad design work, especially UGC video edits and static ads
Ability to balance creativity with data-driven iteration and performance feedback
Familiarity with DTC and eCommerce brands is a big plus
Nice to Have:
Experience editing content or YouTube Shorts
Basic motion adobe graphics or animation skills
Understanding of Meta Ads Manager and ad creative best practices
