Role Overview:

As a Graphic & Video Designer Executive, you will be responsible for creating eye-catching

visual assets and engaging videos for social media, e-commerce, paid campaigns, and product

launches. You'll work closely with the marketing and content teams to develop on-brand

creatives that drive engagement, awareness, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

?? Graphic Design

? Create static designs for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), web banners,

emailers, and digital ads.

? Design product creatives, infographics, and A+ content for Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, etc.

? Support in website visuals, landing pages, and packaging assets (if needed).

?? Video Creation & Editing

? Conceptualize and create short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and

paid ads.

? Edit raw footage into engaging product videos, tutorials, unboxings, and motion

graphics.

? Add effects, animations, transitions, music, and text overlays as per brand guidelines.

? Repurpose long-form content into short edits for multi-platform use.

?? Collaboration

? Work closely with marketing and product teams to align on campaign requirements.

? Translate creative briefs into high-quality visuals and video content.

? Take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.

Requirements:

? 1-2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing (internships can be

considered).

? Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - especially Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro,

After Effects.

? Strong portfolio of static and video work (Reels, ads, product videos, etc.).

? Ability to manage multiple design and video projects in a deadline-driven environment.

? A good eye for layout, typography, color, and motion.

? Basic understanding of content trends on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and

Amazon.

Good to Have:

? Experience in the beauty/skincare or lifestyle category.

? Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other design tools.

? Knowledge of aspect ratios, formats, and best practices for Reels, Stories, Ads, and

Marketplace videos.

? Interest in shooting content (basic camera/phone setups) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
