Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented

Graphic & UI/UX Designer

to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics as well as intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with product, marketing, and development teams to design brand assets, website interfaces, mobile app layouts, and other digital materials that align with business goals and enhance user engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Design and refine

UI/UX

for websites, mobile apps, dashboards, and digital products. Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to support design decisions. Create

wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and interactive mockups

. Develop high-quality

visual designs, brand assets, marketing materials, banners, social media graphics, and illustrations

. Maintain

brand consistency

across all design outputs. Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI designs. Optimize designs for responsiveness, accessibility, and overall user experience. Contribute to and maintain

design systems, style guides, and component libraries

. Present concepts and design rationales to stakeholders. Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices.

Graphic Design Skills

Advanced skills in

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong

visual design sense

: typography, color theory, composition, branding. Ability to create

marketing materials, social media graphics, ads, icons, and illustrations

. Experience in

branding, identity design

, and developing style guides.

Required Skills & QualificationsUI/UX Skills

Strong understanding of

user-centered design

principles. Proficiency in

wireframing and prototyping tools

(Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision). Experience creating

user flows, personas, journey maps

. Ability to conduct or interpret

user research and usability testing

. Knowledge of

responsive design

, accessibility (WCAG), and interaction design.

Soft Skills

Strong communication and presentation abilities. Creativity with high attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Problem-solving mindset and openness to feedback. Team collaboration and proactive attitude.

Preferred (Optional) Skills

Motion graphics or animation (After Effects, Premiere Pro). 3D design (Blender, Cinema4D). Experience with design systems and component libraries. Knowledge of SEO or digital marketing basics.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
