Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Graphic & UI/UX Designer

with at least

1 year of professional experience

. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, a good understanding of brand aesthetics, and the ability to create visually appealing graphics and intuitive user interfaces. You will work closely with our marketing, development, and content teams to bring ideas to life through engaging designs.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

Create visually compelling graphics for social media, ads, banners, presentations, and branding materials. Develop creative concepts and design layouts aligned with brand guidelines. Handle image editing, illustration, and visual storytelling. Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver high-quality creative assets.

UI/UX Design

Design user-friendly web and mobile interfaces. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows based on project requirements. Work closely with developers to ensure design consistency and final integration. Conduct basic user research, usability testing, and UI improvements. Maintain a strong understanding of UI/UX best practices and design systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum

1 year of experience

as a Graphic Designer or UI/UX Designer (agency experience is a plus). Proficiency in tools like

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, XD, Canva

, etc. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy. Basic knowledge of responsive design and web design standards. Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and UI/UX work (Mandatory).

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animations. Understanding of HTML/CSS basics. Knowledge of branding and identity design. Experience working with digital marketing or performance-based campaigns.
