Key Functional Areas of Responsibility:

• Responsible for providing designs for website, app, emailers and other assets as per the brand guidelines - UI and artworks.
• Adapt existing brand content to make it compatible with alternate channels, media and assets.
• Create UI/UX elements for experiments, new user journeys and media
• Create banners, touts, ads and other digital elements
• Create app screens and assets to improve UX
• Work with marketing team and creative agencies to create new and interesting content across channels.

Professional Skills & Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of agency experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
• Must have creative expertise and experience working with media across digital platforms and channels, specifically understanding UI design.
• Strong sense of design and how to create unique design while working within an existing brand ethos.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior management from Marketing, Design, Creative IT & Brand Strategy
• Ability to multitask, handle pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment without a lot of direction or oversight.
• Understanding of digital marketing - channels, platforms, media and web technology.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in an adaptive, fast-paced environment.
