Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and highly creative

Graphic & Motion Graphic Designer

to join our dynamic team

at Politent Media

. In this role, you will design and develop high-impact visual content for news, digital media, brand campaigns, and video productions. You will work closely with our editorial, marketing, and production teams to create engaging graphics, animations, and motion assets that elevate our storytelling across platforms.

We are seeking someone with strong technical skills, a keen eye for design, and the ability to transform ideas into compelling visual experiences. If you thrive in a fast-paced creative space and want to work with industry leading infrastructure, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design:

Create visually appealing designs for social media, Google ad posters, Meta Ads Posters branding materials, presentations, and other marketing assets.

Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across all design outputs.

Produce print-ready layouts and digital graphics as needed.

Motion Graphics & Video Design:

Conceptualize, design, and animate motion graphics for advertisements, explainers, corporate videos, reels, and campaign visuals.

Animate icons, illustrations, typography, and other graphic elements to enhance storytelling.

Work independently to integrate graphics into video content.

Creative Concept Development

Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ideas, mood boards, and campaign visuals.

Translate concepts into visually engaging content aligned with project goals.

Stay up to date with industry trends, design techniques, and motion design tools.

Teamwork & Project Coordination:

Work closely with content, marketing, and video teams to understand project requirements.

Manage multiple projects with tight timelines while ensuring quality output.

Provide creative inputs and support during client reviews and internal presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4-6 years of professional experience in graphic design and motion graphics.

Strong portfolio showcasing both static designs and motion animation work.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.

Strong understanding of color theory, layout, typography, and visual composition.

Ability to create clean, modern, and impactful designs.

Experience with 2D motion design and video editing.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

Experience working in media agencies, production houses, or digital marketing teams.

Basic knowledge of UI/UX tools like Figma.

Soft Skills

Strong creativity and visual storytelling ability.

Attention to detail and consistency.

Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
