Job Description

We are looking for a

creative and experienced Graphic & Motion Graphic Designer - Team Lead

to lead our design team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in

graphic and motion design

, experience working in a

digital marketing agency

, and a proven ability to manage a team while delivering high-quality creative outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor the

design team

, ensuring quality, creativity, and timely delivery of projects. Create

high-impact graphics and motion visuals

for social media, digital ads, websites, and campaigns. Develop

story-driven motion graphics

for online marketing and paid campaigns. Collaborate with

marketing, PPC, and social media teams

to align creative output with campaign goals. Conduct research on

trends, competitors, and design best practices

to inspire innovative visuals. Ensure

brand consistency

across all designs and motion graphics. Review, provide feedback, and approve design work produced by the team. Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

Requirements:

2-4 years of experience

in graphic and motion graphic design, preferably in a

digital marketing agency

. Strong proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)

,

Canva Pro

, or similar tools. Demonstrated ability in

motion graphics, animation, and video editing

. Strong understanding of

social media formats, digital ad specifications, and platform trends

. Excellent

team management and leadership skills

. Strong

creative thinking, attention to detail, and storytelling skills

. Ability to work in a

fast-paced environment

and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Good

communication and collaboration skills

Pay: ₹20,820.76 - ₹35,017.84 per month
