Key Responsibilities:
Design engaging
graphics, animations, and motion videos
for web, social media, and product marketing.
Translate complex
Web3 / Fintech
concepts into visually compelling visual narratives.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to create brand-aligned visuals.
Develop creative assets for ads, explainer videos, UI animations, and promotional campaigns.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, motion graphics techniques, and blockchain/fintech aesthetics.
Maintain consistency in brand identity across all visual communication.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in
graphic design and motion design
roles.
Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
or equivalent tools (Figma, Blender, etc.).
Experience creating
motion graphics, video editing, and 2D/3D animation.
Strong understanding of
Web3 / Crypto / Fintech
visual culture and audience tone.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic and motion design work (link required).
Good to Have:
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
Experience in designing for NFT, DeFi, or blockchain products.
Familiarity with WebGL, Lottie, or interactive motion tools.
