Design Quality & Creativity- Produce visually compelling designs that meet the brand's aesthetic and strategic requirements.- Maintain high standards of design across digital and print formats.2. Project Delivery & Timeliness- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.- Prioritize tasks effectively and ensure timely delivery of creative assets.3. Brand Consistency- Uphold brand identity by ensuring consistency in typography, color, imagery, and messaging.- Apply style guidelines across all touchpoints.4. Communication & Collaboration- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and development.- Present design ideas and concepts clearly to stakeholders.5. Software Proficiency- Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD).- Stay updated on the latest design tools, trends, and technologies.6. User Experience (UX) Focus- Develop user-centered designs that enhance usability, engagement, and accessibility.- Integrate feedback to improve user interaction and flow.7. Asset Management- Maintain an organized library of design assets, templates, and version-controlled files.- Ensure proper archival of completed projects.8. Marketing Support- Create graphics and visuals for marketing campaigns including social media, email, web, and print.- Adapt assets for various formats and platforms.9. Print & Production Knowledge- Design print-ready files and manage pre-press requirements.- Coordinate with printers/vendors to ensure quality output.10. Performance Metrics- Track design impact through stakeholder feedback and campaign engagement metrics.- Evaluate project success and optimize creative processes.Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.- Proven experience in a design role with a strong portfolio.- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills.- Ability to receive and incorporate constructive feedback.- Familiarity with web design and front-end basics is a plus.
