Requirements:
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
in graphic design or related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
Good understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, branding, and UI basics.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Prior teaching or mentoring experience is a plus.
A strong portfolio of design work.
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
