Key Responsibilities:
Training Delivery:
Conduct interactive and hands-on training sessions (online/offline) covering graphic design, typography, branding, digital illustration, layout design, and UI/UX basics.
Curriculum Development:
Design, update, and improve course materials, including lessons, exercises, assignments, and assessments.
Project Guidance:
Mentor students on real-world projects such as branding, advertising creatives, social media campaigns, brochures, and UI mockups, providing creative and technical feedback.
Student Support & Assessment:
Provide personalized guidance, clarify doubts, review assignments, track progress, and give constructive feedback to help students grow.
Industry Relevance:
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and workflows to keep the curriculum current and industry-ready.
Career Services:
Support students in creating professional portfolios, optimizing resumes, and preparing for interviews in graphic design and related roles.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other trainers and the academic team to ensure a consistent and high-quality learning experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (photo editing, compositing, digital painting).
Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (vector design, logo design, typography, illustrations).
Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign (print layout, publishing, magazine design).
Familiarity with Figma/Adobe XD for UI/UX and digital product design.
Understanding of color theory, typography, composition, branding, and visual communication principles.
