What You'll Be Doing

Turn boring copy into scroll-stopping LinkedIn carousels, posts, infographics, and banners Structure content that hits: hook ? build ? payoff ? CTA Design clean, platform-ready files that are good to go Collab with the team to keep brand vibes consistent across campaigns
What You Need

Must-Haves:

A portfolio with actual carousels and campaign work (show us what you got) Can navigate Canva (including AI tools) and Adobe Creative Cloud with your eyes closed Solid grasp of typography, layout, and visual storytelling

Experience:

At least 6 months to 1 year designing stuff that matters You get design principles and brand guidelines Creative brain + detail obsessed + deadline crusher
