Job Summary:

Dhampure Specialty Sugars LTD. is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team as an intern. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs for various e-commerce platforms, ensuring customer engagement. Proficiency in graphic design software is mandatory. Exceptional performance during the internship may lead to a full-time placement.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

Develop and produce high-quality graphics for digital media, including social media posts, marketing materials, brochures, posters, and website content. Labels of the food packs Social media posts Lifestyle images Mockup images 3 D visualization Demo videos Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and company objectives. Work on various design projects from concept to completion in a time-bound manner.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that helps differentiate Dhampur Green products from the competition. Engage with third-party thought leaders to adopt AI, customer engagement tools, and creative strategies. Maintain an organized library of design assets and files.

Preferred Video Editing Skills:

While not mandatory, video editing skills are a plus.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Experience:

0-3 years of experience in graphic design.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in application softwares.

Attributes:

Creativity for customer engagement. Experience with FMCG product designing is preferred. Packaging design experience is a plus.

Working Conditions:

Hours:

9:30 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Saturday

Environment:

Office-based with a collaborative and creative work atmosphere.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: 20,000 to 30,000 (based on performance) Experience with leading FMCG brand Opportunities for professional development and career growth. Full-time placement based on performance.
