Job Title: Graphic Designing & Content Creation Associate

: South Delhi (Onsite / Full time)

We are looking for a Graphic Designing & Content Creation Associate

responsible for creating engaging digital content while supporting product documentation and quality checks. The role involves graphic designing, video creation for YouTube and social media, digital ad content, influencer support, and assistance with product-related tasks including descriptions, measurements, and photography. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple content and product responsibilities.

Qualification & Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Marketing, or a related field

1-3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing (freshers with strong portfolios may be considered)

Hands-on experience with graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar)

Basic understanding of YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and digital advertising formats

Experience in product-based, retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands preferred

Strong attention to detail for product documentation and quality checks

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Designing & Creative Support

Create graphic designs for digital and product-related use Write accurate product descriptions and detailed condition reports Measure, record, and maintain product dimensions Capture before-and-after product images as per guidelines Conduct product quality checks Assist with product ageing-related activities Perform data entry and upload images/documents on the work drive as per consignment team requirements (occasional) Support comparative pricing and market research for consignments (occasional)

Content Creation

Create YouTube content including 3 Shorts and 1 Long video per week Design YouTube covers and blog thumbnails Create and edit video advertisements for Google and Facebook platforms as per digital marketing requirements (in coordination with Digital Marketing team) Conceptualize, shoot, and edit 1 product price-drop reel per week Create daily social media posts and stories

Shoots & Events

Assist with professional photoshoots and video shoots Provide content creation support for external events such as exhibitions, store launches, and promotional events

Influencer & Social Media Support

Support influencer marketing initiatives Respond to social media direct messages (DMs) in a timely and professional manner

Skills & Competencies

Strong graphic design and content creation skills Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing platforms Attention to detail for product documentation and quality checks Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Good communication and coordination skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
